Kids can join class with supervised adults, or play off to the side of class. WHAT TO BRING:
No Yoga Mat is required. BYO beach towel or blanket for practice, lounging on the lawn, enjoying the splash pad, or if you hit the beach.
We practice on a firm turf lawn ( no holes, bumps, bugs, dog poo, or sand ) for easy-flowing movements and balance.
