Free Yoga Day is a monthly open-doors event in Orange County. On this day, we offer a variety of free sessions dedicated to educating and empowering each individual to take charge of their wellbeing.
Free Yoga Day Schedule:
9:00 - 10:30 AM - Yoga For Beginners
Ages 7+, please bring your own mat
Whether you’re seeking health and joy or peace and love, whether it’s success in the world or inner exploration you’re striving for, these simple practices are designed to help you cut through the struggle and walk through life with ease.
Yoga Namaskar, a complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
Nadi Shuddhi, a yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - AUMkar Meditation
Ages 7+
The sound AUM is the very root of physical creation. Daily utterance of AUM fosters balance and stability in your body and mind.
1:00 - 2:00 PM - Meditation for Mental Health
Ages 12+
This session offers simple yet powerful practices to improve your mental health and to bring you clarity, joy and wellbeing.
2:30 - 3:15 PM - Yoga For Success
Ages 12+, please bring your own mat
This session offers simple neck practices to activate the neck and shoulder region and Yoga Namaskar: a complete Yogic process to activate the lumbar region and strengthen the muscles along the spine. You will also be guided into a Chit Shakti Meditation for Success (Chit Shakti means ‘Power to Create’), a potent tool to harness the power of the mind, and manifest what you want in your life.
