This free beginner-friendly class will focus on building a strong foundation in yoga, emphasizing alignment and breath awareness. Modifications will be offered to accommodate different levels of flexibility and strength.

TRY US - If you have never taken yoga before or are looking for a new venue to continue your practice, it’s important that you find the right place that will meet your needs. Our facility is perfect for you! Our instructors can introduce you to our classes in a manner that works for your skill level.
Two reasons we believe that you will like to practice yoga at our facility are:
1.) Our class sizes are small which allows our gifted yoga instructors to offer individualized attention to help you feel more comfortable.
2.) We've fostered an environment where everyone is welcome and will be able to practice at their own pace, based on their abilities.

Please note that this is a one FREE ticket per person during your first visit to our facility.
During the booking of services for our facility we will request name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and other pertinent information of each person for attendance purposes. We require this information to have an accurate account of each person participating in the services we offer at our private facility. To ensure that the information your share with us is accurate, we may request for you to show a valid picture ID to confirm the information used for class sign-up upon entry to our facility.
Additionally, some of our services are one-time offers. To ensure that attendees are not using those services more than allowed during visits, we may request a valid picture ID to confirm identity.
