This Vinyasa Flow class is an all-level outdoor yoga practice rooted in Vinyasa yoga principles, where breath is linked to movement. This practice progresses at a slower pace, allowing you to master the foundational poses of yoga asana while building strength, mobility, and full-body coordination through carefully designed breath-based sequences. Each class features invigorating music, inspiring challenges, and options to modify or intensify your practice as needed. Flow is a medium-intensity practice suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, making it perfect for everyone.
What to Bring: Your own Mat (none will be provided), water, sunscreen, hats (it gets sunny!), friends and family.
