Join us for a donation based yoga class at the Saratoga Farmers Market! Designed to calm the mind, fill the body with breath, as well as stretch and strengthen the body. Himanee Gupta draws on her training in yoga, reiki, chakra healing, and Ayurveda in leading the class. No prior yoga experience with necessary and everyone is welcome. Bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat! Dates: Saturdays through the end of December
