Come join us for a relaxing morning of yoga at the Boca Farmers Market! This in-person event will be held at 7900 Glades Rd. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all are welcome to participate in this rejuvenating session led by Cait Morris. Don't forget to bring your mat and water bottle! Let's stretch, breathe, and find our zen together in the beautiful outdoor setting of the farmers market.

Class will be held on the grassy area in front of the corporate building on the far side closest to the hotel. Feel free to bring a large towel to put under your mat as well as bug spray! Namaste!
