Each class offers a chance to experience fresh perspectives and unique voices as new instructors step into the role of teacher.These open-level classes are designed to welcome all students, whether youโre brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Every Sunday at 2pm, a different instructor will guide you through a thoughtful flow, honing their skills in cueing, sequencing, and connection โ while you enjoy the benefits of practice.
