Stretching and stress relieving yoga focus, with occasional short strong exercises. Often classes are well-rounded but with a small emphasis on lower back and shoulder stretching, stretching and relaxing. It starts with a short (Gauranga) breathing meditation, following up with the relaxing Hatha yoga portion then ending with the relaxing of the body.Yoga Nidra: a guided mantra-relaxing meditation with the goal to relax the body and mind to a consciousness between walking and sleeping.
Kirtan (Music Meditation): an active mantra meditation, where there is an exchange of singing mantras between the active leader singing, and the audience. It's easy, relaxing and fun!
