What to expectFree outdoor Yoga class and ice baths!! ??♀️??

Killalea State Park, Shellharbour
Instructor will be Brigitte Stewart ?
Experience a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, that will focus on breath awareness, then we will practice shapes to build some heat and move some energy around also followed by a relaxing savasana to finish.
There will be two cold plunge ice baths by Nurecover Pod 2 for use following the class.
Snacks will be provided!!
You can come for just the Yoga, or just the ice baths, just to be social or BOTH !
Bring an exercise mat, some swimmers and a towel.
Dress for the weather ?❄️?
