Come join us for an empowering and invigorating Yoga Basics Class, specifically vinyasa style, at Salon22!
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for all levels. We'll flow through basic poses and sequences, focusing on breath and movement, teaching the form and function of each pose. Plus, connect with others in our signature connections exercises.
