� realign postural imbalances and patch leaks in our energy transfer throughout the body
�guided to find your neutral, then explore movement around it with awareness, strength, and safety
�recognising that there’s no perfect pose, deeply honouring ourselves and whatever that means in this moment
On Thursday evenings we end with a guided relaxation using crystal singing bowls!
