We've partnered with Meta (formerly 'Facebook') to bring you this wildly fun course, for kids 5-10 years old.
If your kid has ever grabbed your phone camera and squealed with joy at your Instagram, Facebook, or Snapchat filters, they're going to love this course.
Augmented Reality is an innovative technology that is used commonly now - from photo filters to Pokemon Go to concerts in the Metaverse - and the future possibilities are endless. In this short course, your kid will step into the world of AR by learning how to use Spark AR studio to build their own funky photo filters.
Hosted by Preface - the #1 tech school in Hong Kong, this complimentary workshop will have kids coming for the fun, and walking away with fundamental learnings of coding, what Augmented Reality is, and how to use Spark AR studio.

Preparation
Please bring your own device - a laptop with internet connectivity. Mac or Windows are both fine.
If you do have a phone - iPhone/ Android phone - please bring them too so we can test these filters on your Instagram!

The workshop will be conducted in English
Health and safety measures
Please wear a face-covering mask at all times
Temperature checks upon entry to the workshop will be conducted
You will be asked to sign a Health and Travel Declaration Form declaring that you have not visited any of the countries or regions concerned
