Want to learn how to relax, refresh, and regulate your well-being even during midterms or your 9-to-5? Do you enjoy traditional clothing, art, food, and meditation?
Traditions in Motion invites participants to experience the living beauty and wisdom of Chinese heritage.
The event features an introduction to traditional ethnic attire, a hands-on dumpling workshop, and a variety of Asian treats—including mooncakes, cakes, breads, pastries, and drinks.
Participants can also enjoy:

- stories about personal cultivation
