🌲We may veer off into the woodland so please wear appropriate footwear... I may also sneak in a cheeky guided meditation if we can find a suitable location 🧘🏼♀️
🌲 Older children are welcome from the age of 10 upwards. As much as I love children, this is ideally an adult only session to give you the time and opportunity to connect with others, to learn & to grow 🪴
🌲Talking to wildlife & hugging trees is not discouraged 😉
