X3 Athens is hosting a free women’s-only contact boxing class! Whether you're new to boxing or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is a great way to learn the fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment.

Date: Saturday, February 22nd Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Location: X3 Athens – 2026 S Milledge Ave

In this hour-long class, you’ll work on:

Partner drills

Heavy bag work

Shadow boxing Conditioning

For those interested, there will also be an optional sparring session after the class. First-timers will not get hit, and all equipment will be provided. However, if you plan to spar, please bring a mouthguard and 16 oz gloves.
