To Celebrate the Women in our Community Karate America and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Menomonee Falls are offering a Free Self Defense Seminar to all ladies 13 years old and up from 9-11amBring a Friend, Bring your Daughter or Bring Both! Focus will be on how a smaller person can defend themselves against a larger more athletic male opponent. Our goal is to keep you injury free. You don't have to have any prior experience and the beauty of the techniques are they don't require strength or athletic ability.
We want you to leave the seminar more confident in your ability to defend yourself while having a lot of fun!
Simply wear comfortable workout attire. (No shorts please)
