About this Event
Our mission is to provide women and girls with fun and high-quality self-defense and prevention courses in order to help develop and build confidence, resilience, and self-worth.
This seminar, along with all of our programs, courses, and workshops, was developed by women, for women AND taught by women. All of our instructors are trained and certified in several disciplines, are trauma informed, and study criminology, human trafficking, and DV.
We have presented over 600 seminars throughout the U.S. since 2016 and are considered experts in our field. We focus on our seminars being FUN and informative - all ages and abilities welcome!
