invites you to a free women's self-defense class centered on safety and empowerment. This class is open to all experience levels and is designed to be welcoming, respectful, and supportive.
The session will be led by David and Gloriela Woods of , who will guide participants through practical self-defense techniques focused on awareness, personal boundaries, and real-life situations.
We are also pleased to welcome Karen Odle of Damsel in Defense, who will demonstrate how to safely and responsibly use personal safety products designed for everyday protection and piece of mind.
