Join us for a powerful, hands-on Women’s Self-Defense Class led by 2x Jiu-Jitsu World Champion Amy Villadiego at Vivo! Dolphin Mall — proudly presented by Dade County Federal Credit Union.
This 90-minute free session is designed to teach real-life techniques that help women build confidence, awareness, and control in high-stress situations. Whether you're new to self-defense or looking to sharpen your skills, this class offers a welcoming, empowering space for all experience levels.

Amy Villadiego is a professional Jiu-Jitsu coach, 2x World Champion, and founder of White Lion Promotions and Frontline Invitational. With over a decade of experience, she has trained women and law enforcement professionals across the country, specializing in self-defense that empowers from the inside out.
