The 12pm Class: You will be guided throught the basic fundamental techniques of striking for self defense purposes, helping you build confidence, resilience, and self-worth along the way.
The 1:15pm Class: "Discover the power within yourself" with Mean Girl Jiu-Jitsu!
This is your chance to explore the exciting world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in a supportive and encouraging environment. You will be guided throught the basic fundamental techniques of JiuJitsu, helping you build confidence, resilience, and self-worth along the way.
