Calling ladies of the Meaford/Grey Bruce area. We are excited to announce that we are going to offer a FREE self defence seminar. December 7th @ 2pm-3:30 with a Q&A at the end. This seminar is designed to help you gain practical skills to defend yourselves against bigger/stronger people, using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
We are excited to help out the ladies in the area while growing together as a community. Only 20 spots available so do not wait to register!
Things to know:
- Ages 15+
- Bring a water bottle
- wear comfortable workout attire (t-shirt, leggings,shorts)
