October is Menopause Awareness Month and the 2025 theme is Lifestyle Medicine — how everyday choices like movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management and self-care help us stay strong, balanced, and empowered during perimenopause and beyond.We know how hard it can feel to start something new, especially at a time of life when energy, confidence and motivation can feel at an all-time low. This workshop is designed to be a gentle, welcoming doorway into Pilates — no judgement, no competition, just support.
