About Your Instructor:
I’m Coach Ann E. Sanford, 2013 World Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the first female Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt in Mississippi and certified JFB myofascial release therapist. I’ve dedicated my career to helping women build strength and confidence through self-defense, Jiu jitsu, mixed martial arts, and holistic wellness.
