We meet weekly to give people a chance to slow down, ground, and reconnect in a world that sometimes moves too fast.Each session, a guide will lead a grounding meditation that will focus on connecting to the energies of nature around us.
This will naturally help us feel more balanced and more aware of our own energy and wellbeing as we come back into harmony with the earth.
Whether you think of it as Energy, Reiki, Prana, Qi, Ki, Spirit, or whatever word you want to use, you’re welcome here.
