This is a free, hands-on cooking experience, and we encourage participants to bring their own takeaway containers to share the food with their whānau.

• Braised Chicken with Ginger (Gà kho gừng) – Tender chicken pieces slow-braised in a rich, savoury sauce infused with fragrant ginger, creating a warming and comforting dish.
• Root Vegetable Soup with Pork Bones (Canh củ nấu xương) – A hearty and nourishing soup made with slow-simmered pork bones and a variety of root vegetables, offering natural sweetness and depth of flavour.
• Stir-Fried Choy Sum/Spinach with Beef (Cải ngọt/Bó xôi xào bò) – A nutritious and flavourful stir-fry featuring tender beef slices cooked with fresh choy sum or spinach, lightly seasoned for a perfect balance.
