Why not take 30 minutes out of your busy day to relax and unwind from all of the morning's activities with a guided meditation, allowing you to return to the afternoon with mental calm and clarity?
This class is designed to specifically emphasise practical meditation. Classes will begin with some brief advice on how to meditate effectively, followed by a 20-25 minute guided meditation.
Our teacher will help you develop a genuine experience of inner peace through meditation, so if you'd like a chat after class to ask questions on how to improve your meditation training please just ask :)
What to expect in the meditation class:
- 30 min class
- 5 min Basic Teaching
- 20-25 min Guided Meditation
- Q&A
No meditation experience is necessary and everybody is welcome to join any week.
