On Tuesday, April 22, the City of Hot Springs Urban Forestry and Stormwater divisions will distribute 700 tree seedlings to the public, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., at the Garland County Library, 1427 Malvern Avenue, in honor of Arbor Day.The tree variations will include:
Cherry Bark Oak
Shumard Oak
Water Oak
