Join The Fitness Boutique for a FREE Saturday morning walk along the beautiful B&O Trail. We will start at the B&O Trail parking lot at the end of N Worth Avenue near the Leonard West baseball diamond. We will walk east towards Main Street and turn around at little Eagle Creek (across from Allison Transmission). Walk your pace, walk as long or as little as you like. This route in its entirety is 2.79 miles. Please bring a friend, your friendly dog, kiddos, etc. for a fun way to start your weekend with movement! Hope to see you Saturday!
