Give a toy, take a toy, spread a little joy!
Bring your gently loved toys and swap them for something “new to you.” No money, no pressure, no guilt. Just a chance to lighten the clutter, share what your kids have outgrown, and pick up something that will feel exciting in your house again.
This event is meant to help families refresh toys without spending, keep good toys out of the landfill, and make the holidays feel a little easier and a lot more community-centered.
The event is free, but registration is required.
How it works: Bring clean, gently used toys, books, puzzles, or games your child is done with. Browse what other families have brought. Take home what you’ll use and love. You do not have to bring toys to take toys. If you’re in a season where you just need a little help, please come.
What to bring:
Infant, toddler, preschool, and early elementary toys
Board books and children’s picture books
Puzzles with all their pieces
Dolls, figurines, cars, blocks, pretend play sets
Craft kits that are still usable
What to skip:
Anything broken, stained, or missing important parts
Stuffed animals that aren’t freshly washed
Weapons/realistic toy weapons
We’ll have a drop-off table, a “shopping” table, and a quiet corner for kids to play while parents browse.
Let’s make the season feel less “buy buy buy” and more “we’ve got each other.”
