• Dynamic power flow yoga with Ray
• Deep relaxation with a Yoga Nidra session led by Lori
• A soothing sound bath with Glorify Sound
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞: The 11th year of hosting this special event on Thanksgiving Day in support of a local animal shelter, this year, we're partnering with 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. In lieu of a class fee, please bring a donation of pet food, toys, or supplies to support animals in need.
Let's come together to practice yoga, meditate, and make a positive impact on the lives of animals.
