Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE Cross-Training workout at our Sparks studio on Thanksgiving! Bring friends and family! Men, women and children are all welcome! This workout also is for all abilities!
Join us at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, at our Sparks studio (4854 Sparks Blvd. #102)! The studio is located in the back of the Vineyards Professional complex on Sparks Boulevard.
