Daterra grows coffee in Brazil's Cerrado, an area known for its vast savannas. Their approach to coffee production is highly reflected in innovation. From their Masterpiece Collection, this coffee is processed using a natural method with split anaerobic fermentation. One batch was fermented for 60 hours, introducing malic and red berry flavours, while the other was fermented for 72 hours, imparting deeper berry notes and a sparkling sensation.
