Free Taster Session: Pole Fitness & Aerial Hoop

Convinced you are too big, small, old, young for the gym? Sick of feeling like you don't fit in and ready to find something fun that boosts energy, confidence and where you can feel apart of the team?
We are ready to meet you! We challenge you to show us how much of a beginner you are! and we guarantee we can show you in return at least two moves on the Aerial and Pole that you CAN DO!
This is a free session designed for newcomers run at an established studio (15 years) by experienced, qualified and passionate instructors.
The session is split into mini sessions where you can try a variety of Aerial and Pole classes in small groups. We will introduce you to moves you would learn in a beginners class, to build confidence and familiarity of a typical aerial and pole session.
What to expect:

Learn beginner moves and skills on Aerial & Pole Equipment.
Experience how classes promote increases in strength & skill. Find out whether you have a preference for Aerial or Pole Fitness. Increase your confidence before joining a class.

The taster sessions are open to current students at Blush who are either a beginner in Pole or Aerial Hoop or both.
How to Book: Please register your space in advance, spaces are limited and are FREE. If the space is full please register for FREE on the waitlist. If a space becomes available you will be notified by email that you can register. If you do not register in 30 minutes the next person on the waitlist will receive the opportunity to register. Cancellation notice: If you have booked and cannot make the session you can leave with 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no shows (less than 48 hours notice will be charged a £5.00 registration fee)
