Come along to the launch of Cascais' new Family Music Therapy group - a space where parents and kids can connect through joyful, spontaneous music-making. As a Registered Music Therapist, I've designed these sessions to help families bond through creative play. No performance pressure or rigid goals, just some good old musical fun together!
