Enrol for this free event to experience and learn about the original, authentic, Usui Reiki system of hands-on healing from Christine Gould, an accomplished International Reiki Master Teacher with over 30 years' experience.

Come along to discover the therapeutic benefits of Reiki, which is an integrated system of healing that encompasses the mind, body and spirit. Regardless of whether you are fit and well or have health issues, Reiki provides a range of empowering skills to promote physical healing, induce mental tranquillity, emotional stability and spiritual wellbeing.

Reiki is independent of conventional religion and compatible with all beliefs. There are no special requisites necessary to undertake the training which takes during a weekend seminar. Its simplicity and accessibility are highlighted by the fact that children as young as seven years of age can attend the class - at the discretion of the Reiki Master Teacher. Students learn how to conduct a self-treatment, apply Reiki to others, pets, plants and in emergencies.

Once trained in Reiki, it is like having a first aid kit in your hands that can be used at any time of the day or night. Reiki increases vitality, boosts the immune system, relieves tension, anxiety or pain and promotes relaxation which leads to an improved quality of sleep and daily life.
