Everyone in the community is invited to take Master Jeremy's Tai Chi classes for FREE all December long. Classes are held Mon/Wed/Fri at 11am in the gymnasium and Tues/Thur at 7:30pm in Studio 2.No membership required. Must be at least 18 years old.
Tai Chi combines slow, deliberate, flowing movements with deep breathing and meditation, often called "meditation in motion" for health, stress relief, and balance, focusing on cultivating qi (vital energy) through yin-yang principles.
