About this Event
At the Art & History Museums Maitland, kids can stay creative and artistically engaged all summer long on our beautiful and historic campus, just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando! During these FREE hands-on arts and crafts workshops, families can drop-in and create a new art project every week at their own pace.
On July 2, join us in our garden as children experiment with printmaking! Children will use foam sheets and shapes to create a collagraph plate. Then they'll work with our staff to ink the plate, pull a print and then embellish their prints with markers, confetti and beaded hangers! Our printmaking party is inspired by A&H’s founding artist, J. André Smith, who was a master printmaker, and prints will be ready to take home after the workshop! Families can also visit our "Plein Air" or outside playspace with new surprise art stations each week!
Space and supplies are limited, so reserve a spot for your family today!
