Sirah Kreitzer of Ezra Alya would like to invite you to join her in intentionally, and mindfully, raising the vibrations of our collective consciousness. This Insight Timer Live will be based around love, connection and community. We will gather, practice our breath, listen, absorb, integrate and project out into the Universe a high vibrational meditation supported by frequency and sound waves.
Yes, we all see, feel, hear, taste and smell the shadow that our current societal system is operating in. So now is the time to be a part of the solution. To actively, and with loving intention, put out energies and vibrations that counterbalance the darkness. That right the natural laws of Mother Earth and our own Divine power simultaneously.
