In the ruins of a Gold Coast mansion, queer Midwesterner Nick Carraway revisits his once-gilded Jazz Age memories and confronts the ghosts of his past. EastLine Theatre presents an abridged performance of "These Gilded Souls" by Long Island Playwright, Aly Kantor, a new, queer-aware adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s "The Great Gatsby."
After the performance, engage in a discussion with the cast, playwright, and director.
Museum admission is free after 5:00 pm for visitors who wish to come early to explore LIM’s "Gatsby at 100" and other exhibitions.
