Does your child need a sports physical completed before the 2025-2026 season begins? Visit us on Saturday, May 3 from 9 a.m. - noon at the CAMC Cancer Center for our FREE sports physicals clinic.Students must bring the sports physical form provided by their school SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN to receive a physical. Forms will be available at the clinic, but it must be signed by a parent/guardian at the clinic.
