WHAT HAPPENS AT THE ASSESSMENT?
Our chiropractors will examine your posture and spine as well as take digital postural images to locate areas that could lead to dysfunction and possible pain.
To achieve this the chiropractors will apply light pressure to gently check the movement of each joint. This is done to locate restricted points in the skeletal structure that may be contributing to or leading to pain and discomfort throughout the body.
There are FIVE key body signals that would indicate it's time to check your spine:
- Back Pain or Neck Pain that doesn't go away
- Frequent Migraines and Headaches
- Sleeping problems
- Stiffness & lack of flexibility
- Lack of energy
AT THE ASSESSMENT, YOU WILL LEARN
- How good and bad posture impact you and your body beyond pain
- Which anatomical structures are causing any pain
- Ways to safely and effectively manage spine-related symptoms
WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
This event is for EVERYONE, but specifically for people who experience spine and joint-related issues. The majority of clients we treat in our clinics seek help due to poor posture and lifestyle habits.
These issues can often result in persistent back or neck pain, headaches or migraines, sleeping issues, stiffness and lack of flexibility or lack of energy.
