Fitness CF is an Iron-level sponsor of our club and they are inviting us back for an open gym and to participate in our own spin class led by one of their coaches. Open house begins at 9AM (fill out a waiver when you arrive)
Spin Class begins at 10:00AM and will last 45 min.
Bring a towel and hydration.
After the spin class we can walk next door to OMG Juice and get an acai bowl!
Non-CTC members can attend, but will need to fill out a CTC waiver as well.
Fitness CF is located across the street from Miller's Ale House.
