About this Event
As this is a FREE event, the gender ratio is NOT monitored. Only our PAID events (every Sunday) guarantee a 50:50 gender balance. This is a very popular event with limited places so please RSVP early to avoid disappointment. Please arrive on time at 5.30pm as ADMISSION WILL NOT BE GRANTED ONCE THE VENUE REACHES FULL CAPACITY. This event will take place IN A DEDICATED AREA of 215 Queen's. There will be a large area to chill out and meet new people as well as for language exchange and culture exchange! There will be karaoke available as well as darts and boardgames.
Those attending in groups of 5 or more will receive FREE DRINKS AND FOOD, however you are most welcome to attend alone to make new friends (over 99% of attendees will be attending alone). Please message @eventsinmelb on Instagram to reserve your free food and drinks for a group of 5 or more.

To open mic participants:
All performers including (but not limited to) singers, musicians, DJs, dancers, comedians, magicians and circus acts are welcome. ALL PERFORMERS MUST SCHEDULE THEIR PERFORMANCE AHEAD OF TIME.
Please message @eventsinmelb on Instagram to schedule your performance time and arrange setup. Perfomance slots of 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour are available.
Please note we reserve the right to reject any act for any reason or none.
The performers who bring or attract a large audience will receive a paid contract to perform on a regular basis (at least once a month) at 215 Queen's Bar and musical performances which attract the largest crowds stand a chance to win an all expenses paid trip to support international DJ TravellingWill on his world tour in 2025.
Speakers and DJ decks are available for use. A sound technician will be available to assist with basic setup. Performers will not be permitted to handle the venue's equipment unless trained.
