Did you know we changed the name of our Free Monthly Sound Healings for Grief to Sound Experience for Grief? We acknowledge and understand grief is an individualized experience and want to give participants an opportunity to receive their own unique encounter. Our sound experiences are held the last Wednesday of each month from 5:30-6:30pm at 7971 Convoy Ct Suite 101, San Diego, Ca 92111. May 29th is our next sound experience. We welcome the community to join our Bereavement Coordinator Rebekah Finn @harmoniumdeathdoula Come show up as you are and relax your mind, body and open your heart to receive the various instruments and vocals to give it a try and feel the experience for yourself. Rebekah plays instruments she’s collected from various countries she’s traveled to create sacred space to arrive just as you are to receive vibrations from different instruments accompanied by her angelic voice to help promote relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation of your mind, body and soul. Instruments may include: harmonium, shruti box, therapeutic harp, buffalo drum, crystal bowls, bells, ocean drum, wooden chimes. RSVP is Required please text 858.833.0546
