Join me for a free sound healing and beginner-friendly meditation centered on the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)—your core of confidence, self-worth, and personal power. Through crystal singing bowls, shimmering chimes, and the grounding rhythm of my elk-hide drum, we’ll dissolve self-doubt, ignite inner strength, and awaken the radiant light that already lives within you.
💛 About the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
Located six inches above the navel, the Solar Plexus Chakra governs personal power (Have you ever been bullied and feel you've lost your power? You need this work!) confidence, motivation, and how we show up in the world. When blocked, you may feel indecisive, powerless, anxious, or struggle with low self-esteem. When balanced, you feel courageous, focused, and at peace with your purpose. Healing this chakra invites clarity, determination, and the confidence to shine brightly as your authentic self.
