Decompression and Ease: Calming the Nervous System Responses

Info: A pause to journal and then partake in ritual to release that tension and ease from our nervous system’s activation. Followed by Yin Yoga, a grounding and prop supported relaxing - deep breath infused yoga practice. This practice will be accompanied by a guided meditation and the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
