If sleep feels confusing, exhausting or just not quite right, these sessions are for you.

Each workshop includes a relaxed presentation plus plenty of time for Q&A, so you can get support that actually fits your family.
� We’ll cover:�• Safe infant sleep�• The basics of sleep science (in a way that actually makes sense!)�• Sleep regressions — and what they really mean�• Bonding & attachment and their role in sleep�• Common struggles like bedtime battles, early rising & frequent waking�• Practical, supportive strategies you can take away and use straight away
� Children are very welcome - toys will be provided
�� Parking ticket validated for all attendees
� Limited spaces available- booking is essential even though it’s free.
