Memorial Cancer Care in Decatur and SIU Dermatology will partner to offer a free community skin cancer screening event from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 25, at Memorial Cancer Care, 210 W. McKinley Ave., in Decatur.Screenings will be conducted by the dermatology team from SIU Medicine and are open to residents of Macon, Sangamon, Shelby, Piatt, Christian, Moultrie, DeWitt and Logan counties. Preregistration and a short consent form are required to participate in the screening. Participants should not currently be under the care of a dermatologist.
