Are you guys fucking over renting and dealing with landlords? Ever uttered the phrase, "I'll never be able to buy a house!" ? This is the event for you! We are former and current F+B workers combining our knowledge and resources to help other service industry folks buy that first home. There will be presentations and a live Q+A with multiple real estate professionals to give you the building blocks to owning your own home and stop flushing money to those rent checks! We want to make you a path and show you that, even in this economy, it is not impossible to buy a home! No obligations. No sales pitches. Just information, conversations and referrals. This will be a recurring event but that basis is TBD.This is a FREE event in the BASEMENT of Old Europe Pastries Downtown from 6pm-8pm (but many of will likely stick around after for questions and conversations). Please RSVP through the link so we have appropriate accommodations! Desserts and beverages will be provided and Old Europe will also have it's full lineup (including adult beverages) for purchase. Street parking is free after 6pm.
