Join us at the Junior League of Hampton Roads' Headquarters for some Tai Chi self-defense training hosted by Full Circle Kung Fu with Sifu Joey Dotson. This training will focus on spatial awareness while in public and basic self-defense for getting away. Dress comfortably to work through some basic drills. Please come out and bring a friend! This event is free, but optional donations will be collected to tip the instructor.
